Like a syringe, the ink is absorbed. The converter is plugged into the front part. Then the mouthpiece is dipped into the ink glass with its nib and drawn it up. Repeating this increases the filling quantity.

This pocket-sized fountain pen only measures 10.5 cm when closed and is, therefore, a perfect everyday pen. When the cap is attached, the pen grows to a standard size of 13 cm. Thanks to its light weight and small size, it’s a great pen for on the go.
You can individualize your pen by choosing the nib you like best. Five different nib sizes are available, ranging from extra fine to extra broad. While the extra fine nib (EF) is suitable for small and fine handwriting, the extra broad (BB) nib is often used for large, dramatic signatures. For beginners, we recommend the nib size medium (M). All nibs are produced in Germany.
We also offer eleven colourful inks, available as cartridges or ink bottles, as well as a mini converter. Additionally, there are pouches made from leather for one or two Kaweco pens. They protect the pens from scratches while on the go during transport in your pocket or bag. If you prefer your pen to be securely attached to a notebook, you can equip the fountain pen with a clip in silver, gold, bronze or black.
Made in collaboration with the Japanese artist Eric Small Things, this rotating date stamp is perfect for marking your planner or notes. The stamp makes marks measuring 1.8 cm x 1.8 cm, and the date range is January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2030.
To select the date portion of the stamps, pull down on the bottom section of the stamp, then turn the ridged date gears underneath the stamp handle to select the date you want. Push the bottom section back into place. Then ink the rubber stamp and press it to the page—you'll see the date framed by a cute illustrated design!
You can also adjust the stamp to stamp only the illustrated design, without the date. To do this, hold the cream handle at its base and turn it counterclockwise. Then turn the green adjuster ring clockwise to retract the date portion of the stamp away from the stamp face. Hold the green ring in place and twist the handle to tighten it. When you want to stamp the date again, loosen the handle and turn the ring counterclockwise to extend the date portion until it's even with the stamp face again.
