What are your Payment Methods?

We accept the following payment methods:

  1. PayPal
  2. Credit Card/Debit Card or e-Wallet via PayMaya
  3. COD - for Philippines delivery only

Where do you ship to?

We can ship globally via registered post, DHL or Fedex.

For deliveries in the Philippines, we ship via GoGo Xpress or LBC

Do you have a physical store?

We are available only online at the moment

What happens if I don’t pay for my order?

Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received. If payment is not completed within 5 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and checking your orders.

All shipments are handled by GoGo Xpress or LBC.

  • Metro Manila deliveries typically take 2–3 business days.
  • Provincial deliveries usually take 5–10 business days after payment is received.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, first double-check the shipping details you submitted.

I provided the wrong shipping address. Can it be corrected?

If your shipping address is incorrect, email us immediately at cs@theinkshoppe.ph.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address.
  • If the order has already been shipped and is returned, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost. We will contact you to coordinate the next steps.

My order arrived with damaged or missing items. What should I do?

Please email cs@theinkshoppe.ph immediately with photos of the damaged or missing items. We will review the issue and guide you on the next steps to resolve it.
