Which fountain pen should I buy first?
Start with how you write and the refill you want to use. The Jinhao 82 listings include a converter for bottled ink; the Pilot Kakuno Family Series listing includes one Pilot ink cartridge. Our first fountain pen guide helps you compare the options.
Does my pen include ink or a converter?
Check the exact product listing. The standard Jinhao 82 Translucent and Opaque Body listings include one converter; ink is purchased separately. The Pilot Kakuno Family Series includes one Pilot cartridge. Contents may differ between models and editions.
Will any cartridge or converter fit my pen?
No. Match the refill to the exact pen model. Pilot cartridges and compatible Pilot converters are different from other brands’ systems. If you are unsure, contact us with the pen model before ordering.
What is an ink sample?
An ink sample is a small quantity of bottled fountain pen ink supplied in a vial. It lets you try a colour before choosing a bottle. It needs a pen with a suitable converter, piston or other filling system; it is not a ready-to-install cartridge. See our ink samples and check the volume on each listing.
How do I check colours, nibs and availability?
Select the exact variant on the product page. Check its displayed price and availability before adding it to your cart. Photos may show several colours, while your order is based on the variant and quantity you select.
How do I check delivery within the Philippines?
Add your selected items, enter your Philippine delivery address at checkout and review the available delivery options and charges before payment. Check the store’s current shipping offer in the announcement bar. If an option is unavailable for your address, contact us for help.
Can I order from outside the Philippines?
Please contact us before placing an overseas order. Include your destination country, postcode and selected items so delivery availability and shipping costs can be confirmed. Include currency conversion and any applicable destination duties or taxes in your total budget.
