Robert Oster Shake 'N' Shimmy Fountain Pen Ink Sample (3mL)
The Shake 'n' Shimmy inks from Australia's Robert Oster do just that: you give them a shake, the glittery bits within them shimmy and then the inks shine! Perhaps calling them 'Shake, Shimmy 'n' Shine' would have been better, but it's probably too much of a mouthful. Anyway, these stunning inks will give real depth to your writing or art, and with names such as 'Sparkling Cranberry' and 'Silver Fire and Ice', how can you resist? Let's hope the one called 'Black n Blue' hasn't resulted from too much shaking and shimmying, though... These inks are fine to use in standard fountain pens as long as you flush the pen through thoroughly after use, but they're not suited to vintage or particularly valuable pens. Dip pens or brushes are the safest instruments to use. 3mL ink samples contained in a plastic vial with an o-ring to ensure a proper seal.
